PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer shipping to the customers in the USA and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination.

We use USPS for all shipments.

• Domestic Shipping (USA): Orders are typically shipped via First-Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on size and weight.

• International Shipping (Canada): We use First-Class Package International Service or Priority Mail International for shipments to Canada.

DELIVERY TIME

• USA: Delivery times for domestic orders typically range from 3-7 business days.

• Canada: Delivery times for international orders range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.

TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package on the USPS Tracking page.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES (FOR CANADIAN ORDERS) 

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are assessed by the local government. These fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Delays: Occasionally, customs processing can cause delays. The recipient will be contacted by their local postal service or customs office if payment is required.

Non-payment: If customs fees are not paid, the package may be held or returned to us after a certain period. We are not responsible for any lost or returned shipments due to unpaid customs charges.
