Due to the nature of made-to-order production, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all order details carefully before placing your order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your order, email info@thegentlemansjersey.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at info@thegentlemansjersey.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and/or issue
- A short description of the problem
We will review your case and provide further instructions. If approved, return shipping costs will be covered.
