Please note: If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order, with photos and a description of the damage or issue at info@thegentlemansjersey.com. We will review your case and provide instructions on how to proceed. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping if necessary.
